Pricing

4 hour event (includes 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for tear down) is $1500

8 hour event (includes 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for tear down) is $3000

Overnight stay is additional $750 per night

$500 refundable security deposit

Cleaning fee is $150

*For events with over 100 guests in attendance, we recommend renting an additional restroom

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things out of your control happen and you may need to cancel your event. Should you need to cancel your reservation or event, cancellation must be provided in writing, 30 days prior to date of arrival, for a 100% refund. If cancellation notice is provided 30 to 7 days prior to arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Failure to arrive at all (no-show) or cancellations made after arrival date will result in complete forfeiture of a security deposit and rental fee. No “rain checks” are given under any circumstances.
